This website is operated by Dexa Digital Experience Ltda. Dexa’s primary goal is to ensure that people feel safe when visiting our site and/or using our services. We are committed to maintaining your privacy.
This Privacy Policy applies to data collected by Dexa through the Dexa.ag website and other means in the course of doing business. We encourage you to read this policy carefully.
2. Why Does Dexa Collect Personal Information?
Dexa collects personal information to conduct business, sell services, and fulfill legal obligations.

Dexa collects information for you to use our services - this may be through technologies on our website or through third parties who collect information on our behalf or have the right to share your information with us. This information includes:
- Device Information: We may collect specific device information (such as hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number). Dexa may associate your mobile identifiers or phone number with your account on any Dexa software (e.g., Smart Canvas).
- Log information (see section 7).
- When you use our services or view Dexa content, we may automatically collect and store certain information in access logs. This may include:
- Details of how you use our service, such as your search queries.
- Your IP address.
- Device event information such as errors, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, date and time of your request, and referring URL.

This number and information about your installation (e.g. operating system type and application version) may be sent to Dexa when you install or uninstall the service or when it periodically contacts our servers, such as for automatic updates.

7. Analytics - Display Advertising
Dexa and its partners, including Google, use first-party (Google Analytics) and third-party (DoubleClick) cookies together to inform, optimize and serve ads based on previous visits to our website.
More specifically, our website has implemented and uses display advertising, and we use Google Analytics to implement a specific functionality called remarketing. Remarketing is a feature of Google Adwords that allows us to optimize the delivery of advertising content specifically targeted to a visitor’s interests based on previous visits to our website. The information we collect may be stored, processed and transferred between any of the countries in which Dexa, its partners, affiliates or contractors have offices in order to enable Dexa to use the information as set out in this Privacy Policy.
If you are located in the European Union, Canada or Australia, the information you provide may be transferred to countries (including the United States) that may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in the European Union, Canada or Australia.
By submitting your information to the Dexa website or any of our products or services, you expressly consent to such transfer in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will respect and protect your privacy as set out in our Privacy Policy. We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy. And we will not sell individual information.
You agree that Dexa may share your personal information with non-Dexa parties with your consent (express or implied), or as required by law, such as to comply with subpoenas, bankruptcy proceedings, or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect Dexa, its customers, the public, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
You agree that Dexa may share your personal information with organizations or individuals who help us perform our obligations or provide our services to you. Dexa will make efforts to ensure that these parties have appropriate measures in place to protect your information and maintain their obligations under applicable privacy rules.
We reserve the right to disclose any information we obtain through any Dexa website to appropriate regulatory or government authorities if required by law or by any government agency. If Dexa is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we may need to share your personal information with the acquiring entity. 10. How does Dexa protect sensitive personal information?
Except for the information you provide when you apply for a job at Dexa, we do not generally seek to collect sensitive personal information through this website, so we advise you not to provide any unsolicited sensitive personal information. By providing unsolicited sensitive personal information, you consent to us using it for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable law.
When possible, Dexa employs HTTPS and other technical measures to ensure the security of personal information transmitted through its websites. ‘Sensitive personal information’ includes the various categories of personal information and data identified by the privacy laws of the United States, Europe and other jurisdictions as requiring special treatment, including the need to obtain explicit consent in some circumstances.

You can do this by sending us an email to hello@dexa.ag. Upon written request and within a reasonable period of time, we will correct, delete and/or block the personal information from further use. We will retain your information as necessary to provide you services and will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and/or enforce our agreements.
12. What is Dexa’s practice regarding data security?
We take appropriate steps to maintain the security and integrity of your information and data, including the use of encryption, passwords, physical security (e.g. locks and access control), and other security measures.
With respect to information provided or collected online, you should understand that the open nature of the Internet is such that information/data may travel over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the information/data is intended.
We recommend that you always log out after each session and close your browser when finished, especially when accessing the Service from public terminals.
