Case Summary
We noticed the company's dissatisfaction with the product in the form of interaction and in the graphics used, and the generation of results was not in line with the company's expectations, but the team had no intention of making changes that would require a lot of time in order to not make the campaign more expensive or lose market timing.
Thus, the Dexa and Inbev team arrived at the following diagnosis: in a brief comparison with competitors, it was understood that the application needed a significant update and significant improvements in terms of visual aspects.
Challenge
Revitalize the brand and the entire ecosystem surrounding it and improve the application's User Interface to provide a better experience and an improvement in the gamification process.
At that moment, the biggest challenge was to implement all the necessary changes without modifying the central idea of the brand already consolidated in the APP.
Solution
We carry out research and analysis on all similar applications available on the market. We developed a new visual identity for the application that required changes to visual elements, such as the logo and its variations, colors and fonts.
Based on the new guidelines, we (re)designed the entire User Interface, in accordance with the latest design trends. This action gave the application a modern/current aesthetic.
All changes were applied to the application's design system components - both those that already existed and those that were developed throughout the work.
