Scrum Master

Responsibilities:
- Act as a change agent.
- Work with the team to detail project scope and requirements.
- Manage scope, team, production planning, and timelines with clients on Web projects.
- Coach individuals and teams with practices that support the adoption of Scrum in the workflow.
Experience and Skills:
- Advanced English, especially speaking.
- Currently pursuing a degree in a technology-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in an agency or digital production company.
- Basic understanding of Web design and development.
