Senior UI Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to lead web and mobile interface design projects. This professional will be responsible for creating visual solutions that connect people and technology through impactful digital experiences, while also contributing to the growth of designers at different stages of their careers.

Requirements:

UI Skills: Excel in creating scalable UI designs for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite.
Web Mastery: Showcase advanced proficiency in design for web platforms, with a deep understanding of user interfaces, user experience principles, and the ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly websites.
Organization: Skilled in systemic design for team-wide use, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins.
Communication: Effective in team and client communication, presenting research and design concepts.
Language: Fluent in English for global collaboration.
User-Centric: Understand user and client needs, focusing on accessibility, scalability, and storytelling.

Activities:

Creating Layouts for Digital Product Interfaces: Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for various digital products, ensuring consistency and usability across different platforms.
Design Intuitive, User-Friendly Interfaces: Align designs with brand guidelines to create intuitive interfaces.
Creating Design Systems: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that supports the company's brand and product requirements, enabling efficient and scalable design processes.
Creating Layouts for Promotional Pieces and Campaigns: Design engaging and effective promotional materials, including banners, ads, and social media content, to support marketing and promotional campaigns.
Image Manipulation and Editing: Edit and enhance images to meet the visual standards and requirements of different projects, ensuring high-quality visuals across all digital and print materials.
Creating Low-Fidelity and High-Fidelity Wireframes and Prototypes: Develop interactive prototypes to visualize, test, and iterate on designs.
Producing Visual and Interaction Assets: Create detailed visual and interaction assets for seamless development implementation, including comprehensive style guides and defined variables.
Managing Client Briefings and Presentations: Coordinate and lead client meetings to gather requirements, present design concepts, and obtain feedback, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client expectations.
Preparing Comprehensive Design Handoffs: Prepare detailed specifications and design systems for engineering teams to ensure smooth development processes.

Profile:

At least 5 years of proven experience and a portfolio of developed projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Degree or ongoing studies in Design or Advertising.
Accountable: Take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in English will be an advantage.
Proven experience in UX Design.
