Senior UX Designer

Porto Alegre / Fulltime or Freelancer

Dexa is seeking talented designers to create innovative projects for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a clean and functional style, along with extensive experience in designing desktop and mobile interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Be capable of executing all stages of a project, from concept to handoff to the development team.
Conceptualize and implement ideas that bring simplicity to highly complex projects.
Create wireframes, flows, and sitemaps that effectively communicate proposed design ideas.
Be able to present and defend your ideas and projects to colleagues, directors, and clients.
Establish and promote best design practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX designer focused on desktop and mobile applications.
Demonstrated experience through a strong portfolio (submit along with your résumé).
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Skills in creating large-scale interaction systems.
Ability to solve problems efficiently and quickly.
Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and web technologies.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Degree in Design or any related field.
